Wisconsin Bratwurst w/ Pepperjack Cheese

After two years of customer requests, we are delighted to finally be able to provide bratwurst made from our 100% pastured pork. It took that long to find a sausage maker we liked. Our initial offering includes two blends, one savory and the other sweet.

The savory blend offers great-tasting sausages based on a recipe very similar to our most popular country sausage (that means heavy on the sage and black pepper). The result is a brat that is wonderful on a bun or as the protein in a hearty breakfast - or any other meal! Add them to you mac and cheese, sauerkraut, or hearty soup.

A delicious and healthy food that is also convenient! Leave them frozen, pop out what you need, return the rest to the freezer in a burped ziplock bag.
