Round Roast

Great as a pot roast, as is the bottom round, the top round (AKA Inside Round) can actually be marinated and grilled with high heat, a preparation known as the "London Broil." Leaner than a chuck roast, top round is often slow cooked and used for deli roast beef. Consider this another go-to cut for a lean, flavorful roast with which to feed a crowd on a budget!
