Sirloin Steak

Sirloins are lean but flavorful steaks. They are ideal for cubing to be used in kabobs or cutting in long strips (across the grain) for tacos or stir fry. If grilling, we recommend marinating in an acidic marinade for several hours, and when serving, slice thinly across the grain to make a beautiful presentation.
