Pineapple Teriyaki Bratwurst

After two years of customer requests, we are delighted to finally be able to provide bratwurst made from our 100% pastured pork. It took that long to find a sausage maker we liked. Our initial offering includes two blends, one savory and the other sweet.
Pork pairs well with sweetness and many of the most popular pork dishes are sweet: think honey-glazed ham, sweet BBQ, sweet-and-sour pork, etc. If those dishes appeal to you, give this brat a try.
Alex loves it on a crusty bun covered with sautéed onions and peppers. The juiciness that comes with the added teriyaki sauce makes this a great-tasting and just plain fun brat!
