Chorizo Sausage

A traditional Spanish favorite for centuries, Chorizo is a spicy pork sausage, with a unique orange color from the Paprika and chili peppers used to season it. A great addition to hundreds of dishes, chorizo offers a zesty alternative to plain ground sausage.
Kristen makes an awesome Chorizo soup (with sweet potatoes and fresh spinach) that we fed to a board of directors at their last meeting — fabulous. We also love it all by itself as a wake-me-up breakfast sausage. In fact, Landon, our chief sausage connoisseur, lists our Chorizo as his current favorite.
