Beef Ribs

Also known as an "English cut," or "fancy cut ribs," these come from the beef chuck, and are tender and have more flavor, as would a steak, but are more economical. Braise in red wine sauce or slow cook for a moist, tender, rich, and meaty crowd pleaser.
