Many customers are uncertain of the blend of steaks, roasts, and ground meat they need to purchase. We know from experience that the typical use of beef is 25% steaks, 25% roasts, and 50% ground. Therefore, that is the approximate blend each of our shares contains. This takes the worry and decision-making out of shopping – you’ll know your freezer has the products you want. You’ll also know you are getting the highest possible quality meat. All 100% grass-fed, 100% grass-finished. Every animal is selected based on individual ultrasound scans to ensure the highest level of finishing – no other producer in our region does this.
Every carcass is then dry-aged for a minimum of two weeks to enhance the tenderness and flavor.
