Quality:

We consider a great steak to be a work of art.  To produce our beef, we graze Angus steers for 24-30 months on pastures carefully created to produce the healthiest, most delicious meat possible.  We never use GMOs, antibiotics, or hormones, so you can be assured our beef is safe and nutritious.  As they are near to being finished, we ultrasound each steer to ensure it has reached its peak level of finish – something no other producer in our region does.  At the butcher shop, each carcass is dry-aged for at least two weeks under the careful watch of a master butcher, giving you the most flavorful and tender beef possible.  Our animals live an idyllic life on our Century Family Farm, which is certified for Global Animal Partnership level 4 animal welfare so you can buy local and feel good about supporting family farming, regenerative agriculture, and animal welfare.
